Use of MTK's toolkit.properties file from a non-default location

Question

Can I use a toolkit.properties file from a location other than the default location /opt/edb/mtk/etc?

Answer

Currently we don’t have any command line option to specify a path for toolkit.properties file. However, one can edit runMTK.sh and provide the new toolkit.properties file path for the -Dprop option

For example, find below option in runMTK.sh file:

-Dprop=$bash/etc/toolkit.properties
 replace this path with:

-Dprop=/mypath/toolkit.properties

 and perform the migration.
