This release also includes fixes for the issues:
PEM configuration script (RPM) was failing and does not report the correct information when the database superuser and os user are different -Make the PEM configuration script work when the operating system user and the superuser of the database server are different. (PEM-988,#763039)
Backup job is failing for EPAS 10.2.7- Make PEM ignore the LD_LIBRARY_PATH environment variable as it was interfering with the libraries to be loaded by the specific pg_dump utility. (PEM-1035, PEM-766,#730807, #745519)
Web interface access error -Improve the PEM web application to handle accessing the session data better by using locks. Locks prevent the access of session data simultaneously and allow controlling the session data management. (#781133)
