DBMS_XMLDOM

Hi,

In oracle, they use DBMS_XMLDOM.

DBMS_XMLDOM.DOMNODELIST

DBMS_XMLDOM.DOMDOCUMENT

DBMS_XMLDOM.DOMNODE

DBMS_XMLDOM.GETLENGTH(DOMNODELIST)

DBMS_XMLDOM.GETNODETYPE(node)

DBMS_XMLDOM.GETNODENAME(node)

DBMS_XMLDOM.DOMNAMEDNODEMAP;
DBMS_XMLDOM.DOMATTR;

I cannot find this anywhere.

What's the equivalent for DBMS_XMLDOM in EDB postgres 9.6.

Thanks

Re: DBMS_XMLDOM

The workaround is to first understand the DBMS_XMLDOM.* function use-case and understand the final output. Based on the understanding of use-case, you would like to re-write the calls or set of wrapper functions to extract the end result.

List of supported XML functions are available in following:

https://www.enterprisedb.com/docs/en/9.6/pg/functions-xml.html

EDB Professional services can help you in this case.
